Matteo Cocchioni
User Researcher & AI Conversational Designer
AI Conversational Designer with a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and a background in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology. Currently at Poste Italiane, where he develops generative AI solutions both for internal and external stakeholders. Previously at Deep Blue, where he coordinated a 1M euro research project on AI Trustworthiness with 5 international partners, trained Eurocontrol staff on user-centered AI, and consulted for over 10 safety-critical operating companies, in the aviation, railway and maritime sectors. ISIPM-certified project manager, he combines technical expertise in Machine Learning with deep knowledge of Human Factors and user-centered design.
